To Start with MDM 5.5 SP03 you need to follow these below steps.

1) Download MSXML 4.0 from Microsoft site

2) download MDM 5.5 SP3 Server,Console,Data Manager, Syndicator and Import Manager from SAP Market Place. This is available only if you procured license so u need to purchase this.

3) Install MSSQL 2000 or any other backend which is RDBMS.

4) Now start with MDM Server first that creates Environment and MDM Engine.

%) install Console which is required to configure your repositories

6) Install Data Manager( View MDM DATA), Import Manager( Importing Data into MDM) and Syndicator (Distribution Data from MDM0 utilities.

This above steps basically completes MDM installation. Now i advice you to go thru the E-Learnin of MDM in SDN. if you have anyother queries you can write me separately to me at veera.chamarthi@gmail.com
