Default data carrier while using context menu EDIT in CV02n

Hi experts,

1. I have created a DIR and attached a PDF Document to it.

2. Now if I go in Change mode and right click on the document in the originals area I get a context menu and I click on "Edit"

3. Now I get a pop up screen asking me to enter the data carrier.

4. Here all I need to do is click on the green tick mark. How can I avoid this pop up?

Check your set ups for data carrier definitions, when you go to the context menu and then edit, is the pop giving you the details of data carrier? Is the file properly checked in or are you getting the check in error as well? Please give more details.

hello,

I am also facing the same issue.

There is no error. only thing is sap give pop up when we go for change.

pop up ask to provide the data carrier.

how can we set the default data carrier and skip this pop up.
