E2E Extractor Jobs are not Running

Hi

I have completed SMD configuration . So far following steps are completed:-

-SMD Agent is installed on Managed System.

-WIly is configured

-Successfully completed Managed System Wizard

-Ran CCMSBISETUP job in Solution Manager (In our case we are using Solution Manager as a BI Client.)

In our case we are using Solution Manager as a BI Client.

Solution Manager :- EHP1 SP -level 4

Managed System is :- BI 7.0

In Extractor FWK Administration I can that Extractors are activated for Managed System, however

1) I do not see any data for managed system under E2E-->WorkLoad analysis .

2) I do not see any extractor framework jobs are scheduled in Managed system.

3) Also, when I click on any "Extractor Details" I do not see any entry in "source destination" and "target destination" ?

I have gone through "Troubleshooting Guide E2E Workload analysis" / most of the OSS notes.

Any reply appreciated.

Did you take a look at the document: E2E Workload Analysis Troubleshooting

on service.sap.com/diagnostics -> Media Library?

Hi Daniel

Yes, i have been throgh this Media Library as well as Troubleshooting guide and SDN forums.

I can see the SMD wizard ran successfully, as well as extracors are active in "extraction administration" but jobs are not running.
