Transfer order sorting by values maintained in Bin Master

Hi,

I would like to sort the TO items based on the bin sequence while print of pick ticket.

I maintained the field "Sort fld pick. ( LAGP-REIHF) " with values "001", "002" etc

I maintained the following under WM Activities:

1) Sort profile for TO splitting2

2) Create "Profile for Transfer Order Splitting" and assign sort file created in step 1 to the split profile.

3) "Control for Performance Data Processing / Define TO Split" and select "Performance data control

Additinally in OMLV, in Sort Profile I maintained "REIHF" as the 1st sort for the warehouse.

The To print ( LT31) is not sorting the items in the correct order.

Can anyine please shed some light on this?

I would first check the printer output settings,

Make sure the "print sequentially" box is checked in SAP

"Process requests sequentially" is a flag that may be defined for output devices

Sorry but it's been so long I don't remember the transaction for output device configuration.

I will try to find it and edit this post if I find it before some one else does.

Edit: Found this:

To do this, on the Output attributes tab for the device definition, select Process requests sequentially. This option forces "print in order of generation" for requests for the device.

Hope this is the problem/fix for you

I made the fix suggested by you. It still did not work.

Is there any change in WM sort profile that I need to do ( in addition to what i have already done?)

I am trying to print the storage bins ( in the TO in a sequential manner)

I misunderstood, that will print separate spool requests sequentially. can you check, are the transfer order line items created and confirmed in bin sequence in the transfer order?

Also what print code did you use? try Z2
