Strategy M: According to Quantity and User Exit

Hello,

I have a scenario where my picking has to be only in picking storage types, we are using two storage types one for full pallets and other partial pallets. We want to use the user-exit in order to avoid the creation of Transfer orders with partial pallet picking in the storage type for full pallets, however the user-exit works only with ' ' and 'F' strategy. Does anybody knows a BADI or other form to manage this scenario?

Do you maintain LE quantity in material master for your items?

Stock removal strategy for storage type would be were to maintain the rules for rounding qty removals for delivery t.o. creation

I already set the rounded quantity, however this not avoid that if there is no enough stock in the picking storage type, assign the partial picking from full pallet storage type.

need rule for full pallet integrety

So you would rather see source bin error then send pick to full pallet area?

What I need is that SAP does not create the part of the Transport Order that send me to a bin where full pallet are.

Example:

Round quantity: 88 Cases

Pallet: 88 Cases

Picking requirement: 160 Cases

Picking storage type: 40 Cases

Full pallet storage type: 176 Cases = 2 pallets

TO creation:

First position: 88 Cases from full pallet storage type.

Second position: 40 Cases from picking storage type.

Third position: 32 Cases from full pallet storage type.

I do not want to create the third position.

Hi ,

For full pallet storage type maintain control quantity as full pallet quantity.

System will propose only full pallet picks from this storage type then on.
