Project Issue Management

Hi,

We're trying to use Issue Management to track all project related issues during our Project Implementation. In Solar01/Solar02, when I create a new issue under the Issue/Messages tab, in the Issue Maintenance screen under the Context tab, I'm not able to assign the Business Scenario, Business Process and Steps to the issue. I believe these are linked to the Solution Directory of the Solution that was defined for the project under SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN. Somehow, it is not pulling these information from the Solution Directory. Does anyone know what configuration that need to be done to enable this?

Hi,

For this issue please refer to the following note, item 9:

914722 - FAQ Solution Manager 7.0: Collaboration Platform

To create an issue please follow these steps:

-Select the node in solar01/02 and create an issue by the option "create

issue".

-Fill the issue information

-Go to context tab and just press the "Save & Back" button. This

will bring you back to the "issues/messages" tab in solar01/02

During the Save, the context is mantained automatically, you can see

this when you open the issue from the tab again. When you open the issue

again the information of the context tab will be there.
