notifications informing partners

Hi Gurus

How can a certain user knows when he is assigned as partner in a notification?

What I mean is: assume that there is a general notification that I created in the system and I assigned user "X" in that notification, how will user "X" know about this notification that he is involved in?

1) the user runs QM10 on a regular basis

2) you send a printout to the users printer

3) you use workflow to send an email

Regarding QM10 it is only for quality notifications, what if my notification is a "GENERAL" one (type G0), which is my case.

Hi,

You can use transaction IQS8 for a worklist of general notification types.
