Organisational level rules in RAR

Hi,

I have been looking at implementing organisational level rules in RAR. I wanted to create a rule to monitor purchase order groups & PO release codes. I do not want to allow certain combinations of PO groups and release codes to be assigned together. However I cannot find an entry for release code (FRGCO) under the org level dropdown. Is there a way to add values to this dropdown menu or can organisation rules only be created for certain combinations of objects?

Niamh Hello,

From your discribtion, I can understand that both RAR and ERM doesn't recognize the fileld FRGCO as an org level.

To solve the problem,I suggest you to do again A MASS ROLE IMPORT in the ERM,and to run all the scheduele jobs in the RAR configuration.

after all this, the field FRGCO will apper as an org level field.
