Kernel Upgrade Issue Pi 7.1

Hi All

In a multi sytem server ,i am upgrading the Kernle of PI 7.1 from Level 80 to 189.DB is on Linux ..so updating both linux as well as Windows kernel executables.

It is throwing the error the "cann't load librfc32u.dll".

Now i checked in Service Market Place the level 19 kernel patchis not there instead latest 191 is there since March 18.

I tried to apply that as well ..but sapcpe program and Kernerl reg progrma in Windows in not running and shown in status RED.

Deleted teh services sapSID_SCS_XX and sapSIS_XX recreated them using sapstartsrv.exe.

Also ,sapstartsrv.exe was alo not working with error that --Application is not configured correctly and reinstalling the application will help.

In kernel directory there were another sapstartsrv.exe file ..i renamed one with extention new and start adn recreated the services.

But still it is not working.

I have now revert the kernel.

Pls let me know which logs are required to analyze.
