Automatic picking in outbound delivery

I want to do the picking automatically in delivery. Is this possible. If so how?

Hello,

In an outbound delivery, you can trigger the output type EK00 (picking list)

Customizing sequence :

- V/38 (check the output type)

- OVLT => assign shipping/output type/ process information ...

- vp01shp => print parameters

I have asked for auto picking but not for auto packing.

Stock was not maintained as Warehouse stock nor batch stock. It was normal unrestricted stock. My user donu2019t want to put the quantity in picked quantity of delivery for each line item. The quantity which was there in delivery quantity should be automatically triggered to picked quantity. I cannot remove picking relevance. Can you suggest.

Hi,

There is only two way by which picking quantity can be filled up.

One is manually and other is by using the transfer order.

If your user does not want to put it manually then you can create the warehouse.

Then you have to create the transfer order and confirm the transfer order.

Which automatically fill up the picking quantity in delivery document and also do the PGI.

Other thing which you can do is take the help of ABAPer and give him the criteria.

That system should automatically copy the delivery quantity to the picking quantity.

Or you can modify the data transfer routine also.

In that your order quantity will directly come to the delivery quantity as well as pick quantity.

These are the way in which you can solve your problem.

In this for your warehouse and movement type assign the indicator "A" in the immediate TO creation column.

This is for WM managed material.

Hi Kumar,

You have to follow belo steps,

- Create the packing Material In MM01 of material Type 'VERP'

- Create packing Instructions from TA:POP1

- Packing Determination In POF1 ... for MM Conditon type is RCPT and for SD its is SHIP.so create condtion records here.

- In Customization SPRO-> Logistic Execution-> Shipping-> Deliveries->Define Delivery Types

In Delivery ,there is Check box for automatic packing.

Here if u will set the Automatic packing then in Delivery the system will automatically pack the delivery.. but u will have to create packing instructions and packing determination
