Can anyone provide me any kind of documentation on configuring SAP ICM(other than SAP help)?

Hello Sreenivas,

Unlike other SAP modules, the configuration in ICM is specific to the line of business you are implementing. Also, required is the information on which upstream systems you plan to connect to ICM. Your configuration for payment system would further depend on which system you plan to use as the payment system.
