Hi,
I am using PI 7.1 NWA to create certificates. We have created SSL certificate and imported its CSR response. After that we have created a message layer view and in this view we have created message layer certificate. But while importing message CSR response in that view , we are getting following error.
"Certificate chain incomplete,no certificate found for issuer CN=ABC,OU=XYZ,OU=EFG,O=LMN".
We have also tried importing public CA certificate in message layer view before importing CSR response. but Still the same problem persists.
What are the steps to be taken in order to resolve this issue.
