Hi Expert

I'm working with WebDocument. I find out that some functions in folder Select Functions don't show in the WebDocument.

I add 3 entries: Display Status Log, Display Versions, Display Hierarchy and I can't see them in WebDocument. With link Create new version and Send, I can see them in link Extras.

I guess that reason is "Display Status Log, Display Versions, Display Hierarchy" belong to Display Data. But I don't know how to show it... Help me please!

Hi,

If you display a document info record in WebDocuments environment, there should be a menu entry called 'Extras' on the left hand side navigation tree. Under this entry all functions are displayed which are maintained in backend transaction CVAW_CUST under point 'Select Functions'.

I think that we have something misunderstand here... I saw link "Extras" and following links:

New Version

Send

Delete

But I didn't see other added links in Select Function such as: Display Status Log, Display Versions, Display Hierarchy...

I resolved by changing code in web page of WebDocument. Just change left_display.htm in SE80 -> CVAW
