Recipient list creation

hi all,

while creating recipient list, it is compulsory to provide the DIR No .

Can we create the general recipient list without mentioning the DIR. I want to select the DIR at the time of distribution only.

Any Idea how to create the generic recipient list.

Is there any way we can create the Recipient list generic and that can be used to send the various documents.

For every DIR creation of recipient list is not a feasible option.

we want to provide the DIR at the time distribution only.

Is there any facility where we can create the a common recipient list and that can be used to distribute various DIR.
