Import from archive failed

hi all,

we have some files in red mark in FTWL. Please let me know how to find out the reason why these files are in red and also how to process these fails. what will happen if i delete the extracts in RED? will there be any data loss in archive server or in SAP?

You should not delete the files shown in the red. If you do so, that will lead to inconsistency of data or data loss.

I suggest to check the status of the background jobs which will run when you execute ftwl. You can come to know at what step error has occured.

what is the sap release on which you are doing the archive. There are many corrections notes available specific to the SAP Release, and also specific to the support pack status.

I suggest you raise a message at SMP for the appropriate solution
