problem in licence creating

hi

when i am going to create licence in J1ILIC01 system is showing error sold to party/ ship to party invalid , fAnd the customer is already created why system is saying like this

Ensure that the customer code is preceded with zeros. For example, if your customer code is 12345 and you have to maintain the relevant zeros also prefixed to this code.

my problem is solve. i have one problem in creating ARE1 and ARE3 no are not coming in sequence . it shhpold come in sequence
