WBS element not released

Hi all,

The user is trying to create a shopping cart and it is throwing error that *********wbs element not released. But whn i checked in the system , i found that the wbs element is already released.

I dont understand why the user is getting such errors. PLease help me in this regard.

Hi

double check with PS consultant and OR CJ03 cj20n check it up again.

or table wise check it up with ps consultant since SRM just quesry the same in ECC.

GO CJ02 EDIT > STATTUS>RELEASE AND SAVE AGAIN....IF YOU HAVE ACCESS AND TAKE cpnsullt from ps consultant.
