Message splitting

HI

I'm trying to split a message (not duplicate them)into 2. So we have 2 different business systems as the receivers (one is a POSDM system & the other is SAP Retail).

My concern is if one of these systems are down or there is an error in sending the message to one of the receivers, will the message to the second receiver fail as well or will that message go through immaterial of the other one?

Thanks

Rachana

Hi,

Though one system is down message will go to other system. If you don't want this, special handling is needed with the use of BPM

Hi,

I think, entire processing is concerned it will fail. ie. it will not be a success. But second receiver will receive the message irrespective of other one..

Did you try ? If not,try it and update here.

Yep i think thats true , as a whole the process will fail and since it tries to send to both systems and since they are not interconnected , i think one of them should receive the msg.
