Image not visible in Search UI Page

Hi All,

I have configured SRM MDM catalog3.0 in our company. i have uploaded all images for respective catalog items( Stored in repository - only 109 items ). it was displayed before. but i dont know something happend wrong it is not showing that images in search UI page now. but it is showing up in MDM Data manager. when i click 'image on" , it shows blank space in image column.

Also checked the following, but No Luck . Please help.

"Image on/off" parameter in Search UI

Added Image in Customize display.

Checked Image / Size / Width - all set with 100 / 100

I dont have any clue whatz gone wrong. please help us.

Apply the fix, please refer note 1411159

This issue has been fixed in the latest patch for NW, but the patch has not been released yet.

The "SP Patch level" tab of the note currently does not contain the patch details but this will be updated soon with

all patch details. Please check this note at a later point of time.

Please refer note 1329744 for tentative release date of WebDynproRuntime

hotfixes or patches.

I would check if the imagename in CatalogItems table matches the image you stored in images table in MDM.

yes, it is same name. it was displayed before. but its not showing up now.

Ok. One other thing I would suggest is to check your Webdynpro GUI settings. Try to reset to default and see if it works. Make sure you transport current settings into a XML file before doing that.

No Luck , Still It displays Same .

Also Applied Following note, But Still i am not able to see the Images

Note 1320382 - Images are not showed on the Search UI

Stopped MDS, MDIS, and MDSS and then restarted MDM JAVA Connector (sap.com/com.sap.mdm.tech.connector)

Please Advice.
