Dear Guru's,

Once we check for STAD report, we are unable to get the report which is before 2 days back. we are able to get the report current day and previous day only. (i.e., today and yersterday).

Could anyone suggest what could be the reason, why we are not able to get the report before 2 days back from current day.

regards,

Guna

HI,

Its a time zone issue.

Go to STZAC and correct your time zone.

You need to perform same in 000 and productive client as well.

Before changing time zone you may want to refer Note 926290,945114.

Revert in case any clarification is required.

Guna,

The raw statistical records - which is what STAD shows you - are only retained for a specific time. This is controlled by the profile parameter stat/max_files. There is one stat file per hour and the default value for the parameter is 48, which means that the standard retention is 48 hours. You can increase this (and I recommend doing so for production systems) to a maximum of 99.

Hi,

The last limit to get data in STAD t-code is 99 hours.

You can use ST03/ST03N to get Day/Week/Month wise details. Also you can configure SAP Security Audit log stuff using SM18,SM19 and SM20 T-codes for the same purpose.

Please refer the following Threads along with the other associated links within them to get more information.
