BAPI for Add an item in a requisition

Do you know which BAPI can be used to add a new item in an existing requisition? We already trie to use BAPI_PR_CREATE and BAPI_PR_CHANGE but didn't work. Can you help us?

It woiuld be BAPI_REQUISITION_CHANGE.
