Text of the message not displaying.

Hi experts

I configured the alert configuration in the ALRTCATDEF.I am receiving the alert messages,but in the alert message we are not receiving long text of the alert that i defined in the alert category,when i check the alert in the alert in box the long text is existed in the messages with all container variables.

could you please suggest to solve the issue?
