I am contributor in SDN and am getting points for the answers. The points which I got are available only for some periods, after some period points are getting deleted from my account. Please suggest me reason and to whom I can contact.
Well, this year you've got 16 points. (There's some problem with the display of points at the moment, but they're still there). You may well lose points if a thread where they were awarded is deleted. For any other cause, you will have had an email notifying you.
If the above doesn't resolve, then you need state explicitly where you know you have had points but no longer do so, then it can be investigated.
