Cache referesh issue - after upgrade of PI 7.1

Hi

I have upgraded PI from 2004s to 7.1 including EHP1 and after I have implemented post installation steps as per the Upgrade Guide.

While doing System Readiness check test, I am unable to refresh CPA cache because of this my new changes (IR & ID) are not reflecting in RWB

1. SICF --> SAP -- > XI --> Cache Service is active but if I test the Test Service, I am getting error " The Page cannot be found u201D

2. While refreshing the full cache http://<host>:<port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=full below error I am getting
