VA05 - error

Hello

We have entered the salesorder with 10 line items. In which first 5 line items are with sales employee A & the next 5 line items are with another sales employee B.

When we run VA05 for Sales employee A, the output is showing all the line items. Please let me know is it a bug in SAP?

Hi,

VA05 is no way related to sales employee. you can get the report based on sold to party, Material, PO no.

HI,

As you are putting partner function for sales employee,this is reason you are getting such type of aout put in VA05

Try with VA05N

And make combination of

Partner Functions Responsible

Personnel Number Responsible

Once you speciefy Partner function & it's personnel number then it will give you a correct report.

Hi Ganesh,

You can get all this T-codes in ECC6.0

VA15N, VA25N, VA35N, VA45N, VA05N,

But not in 4.6c or 4.7
