How can we release a report to the internet.

I have a custom report and i want to web enable it but i dont want to attach the same to a transaction and do.
Is there someway i can achieve this ..........
if you are using standalone ITS this can be done.
1. first assign authorization group for your program (program attribute)
2. release the report for internet
(SMW0->internet release->reports enter the report name and click release.
3. now to call it using the following url pattern
http://<ITS_SERVER>:<port>scripts/wgate/webrfc/!?~client=<client>&_function=www_get_selscreen&_repor... report name>
