Certificate Error

Hi,

I try loading my supplier Public certificate and it was asking me password while installing in Visual Admin.

Has anyone encountered the same, or is the certificate wrong?>

I encountered the same problem some time ago. I had to open the certificate in windows (just double-click) and save it as a different format under Details -> Copy to file.

I don't recall exactly sure which of the available formats I used, but you could just try all of them until one works.

Hi,

I believe the format is .crt or .cert. This is what we are using.
