Hello,

While creating the Users in T.code USERS_GEN after entered the information when I click on CONTINUE button system is giving message that ACTION CANCLED

message no BBPU_MESSAGE001

SO Pls advise.

check if it is no authorization issue

you can do it with su53 after the message pops up

Check the numer range setting under the path:

SPRO => Cross-application components -> SAP Business partner ->

Business partner -> Basic settings ->

Number ranges and groupings

Here, for example, if you have defined '01' for Internal numbering and the interval specified is from 0000000001 to 0000000999 and the current number is already 999. Hence, the system could not assign further numbers for the new BPs created.

check al user infor again well. mandatory data , email first name , second name

etc

double check , once again org stsrt . some times it would have been assigned corrrectly. bp wud have created.
