Not able to find the PO in confirm goods receipt

Hi All,

The user is not able to find the PO in confirm goods receipt in EBP.

If the user uses simple search and gives timeframe as empty he is not able to find the PO.

If he uses extended search and gives the PO number he is able to find the PO.

While using simple search we found that his extended search is also active, Is there any way to deactivate the extended search when using simple search.

Kindly advice.

Hi Manoj,

To deactivate the extended search,you may have to modify the std code LBBP_PDH_SEARCHF01...the link for Extended search is set there ..."gv_extended_criteria_set = gc_yes."

Just reset it...Hope this works....although i am not sure whether this will apply for all the scenarios.(SC/PO etc)

Hi manoj

you can deactivate the Extended search by modifying the template in SE80.

However for confirmation every time one has to enter the PO number and then do a confirmation.

This is the same functionality as we have in R3 MM in MIGO transaction.

so whether it is simple search or exteneded search the Po number is an input for performing the Confirmation.
