mass updation of sales order

dear community members,

I want to update VBKD-SDABW for n number of sales order. I am using Tcode mass. I am unable to find the field SDABW (special processing indicator) at the item level in shipping tab.

Please help.

Hi,

I suggest you to use LSMW in that case because as per my understanding T-code MASS has some limit, You can not update every feild through MASS.

Regarding Special processing indicator is available in MASS but its only for selection not for update.

Go to MASS --> Select BUS2032 --> Execute --> Select "SD document: Business item data" --> Execute --> Now on the screen where you giving order as input.

Down the screen, you can see "Choose selection field" icon --> click on that --> there you can see the "Special processing indicator"

That is for selection, I dont that is available for update.

1. any variant has been assigned to the sales document type in the t codem VOV8

2.if variant is assigned ,kindly check in the t code SHD0

SAP Note Number 813760 Sales document not selected in mass maintenance tells you some reasons.
