Hi folks,
I'm having an intermittent problem when I try access the Import Queue (Quality)
"Transport control program tp ended with error code 0212"
It's happening more frequently as time goes by, but almost everytime, I hit refresh and up pops the Import Queue.
Appears to be the initial reading of the queue.
I've seen a few posts online for this type of problem (one from 2007 on this forum) but I'm new to this and although I can find out where I might need to look, working out what is wrong from the information provided is a different matter!
I was hoping for some guidance with troubleshooting this problem.
Many thanks
Paul
Hi,
---> In Import Overview, check the tp System Log for the complained System. Goto-> tp system log
--->check the TMS Alert viwer in the same way for all systems in TMS.
--->Also on TDC, in STMS
click overview>systems>
In that select each system and then SAP System -> check the
-connection test
-Transport directory
-Transport Tool
The above mentioned diagnosis steps will tell you about the possible causes.

Hi Paul,
The error that you are facing is due to the fact that you have not configured your Transport system or trans directory of the system.
Go to STMS transaction and do the below steps
to define DOMIAN controller. Configure the Domain Controller Steps to configure
1. Login to the system with sap* in client 000
2. Goto SE06.
3. Click Post installation activities
4. Goto STMS
5. It will ask for Domain controller name.
6. Enter DOMAIN_<SID> as domain controller name and enter the description.
7. Click Save button
Later you can add other systems in your transport domain but the first system you on which you do STMSwill become your domain controller and you can change the domain controller later on.
Your problem should get resolved with this.
Cheers...
