Reminder of status change in Service Desk

Hello

I have a requirement of setting up reminder on Service Desk message editing in workcenter, when a message was edited but status not changed (maybe similiar to the reminder of working time recording).

Is there such possibility in the standard Solman system?

Hello Przemyslaw,

This is not possible in standard. You have to develop your own method in order to do that.

I don't but perhaps someone else does. Anyway you should ask to a CRM developper for help.
