ABAP MS not running during central instance installation

Dear SDN followers,

Here is the scenirio:

We have distributed Hetrogenous system lanscapef for our SAP system.

DB: Oracle 10g

SAP: SAP NW 7.0 with EHP1

The global Host preparation completed.The Database instance

installation complted.In central instance installation in phase 10 the

system is not able to start it's instance.

The error is showing ABAP MS not running.

Also r3trans RC:12 while logging through SAPADMIN user.

Please help and kindly let us know if you need further information on

this.

Hi, The error occured at ORA -1017 which means userid password used for connecting to database is wrong. So I had checked the parameters and restart the instance.SAP ABAP stack is working now.Thank you.
