Demand Planning upload and down

Dear Experts,

I downloaded data from deman planning planning book

while downloading i saved as local

selected prepare file for upload at later time

save additional information in the system

and saved as csv format

and do some changes to the data and i try to upload

there is a message file cannot upload,

can any one tell me what is the procedure to uplaod and download to demand planing
