EMMA tcode in ECC 6.0

HI Exparts,

I am working in SAP ISU ECC 6.0 where TCode EMMA has been chaged to EMMA_OLD and EMMA.Now EMMA_old is same as it was in 4.6.I So pls throw some light on New EMMA tcode and how to create Case using that.

i know abt the Tcodes but functionality got changed in ECC .

Have you tried transaction FPEMMA?

There is also detailed information about EMMAthat can be found within the SAP Library.

Hi,

Once the respective transaction/business process which is to be monitored is executed..Run the

EMMA transaction with  the following check boxes checked

1.Prepare

2.Create Clarification Case

3.Not yet prepared 

This will create emma cases with respect to the Clarification category you have created.
