Load on SAP R3 server

Hii Experts

Can anyone let me know all the functional activities such as MRP run,etc carried out in SAP R3 which can put load on the server and also how to identify such jobs and take necessary action.

Also let me know the basis activities involved.

Hello Deepak, The best way to check load on your system is check how many customer Z jobs are running over a span of time and analyse.

Then from St03 transaction you can have a analysis as to which transaction/abap program is taking maximum time to execute.

If your server is reporting load due to any particular transaction then you can have transactional trace to have further analysis
