Hi,

During support activity what sort if issues may come in core interface and process chain .what are the issues we can find in demand planning . i am new to roll out project ,what are important criteria need to be done while roll out ?

Hi ,

Support process:

1. CIF issues: Data Issues ( e.g. particular data field not updated) , issues related to Integration models and application issues related . CIF quesues on both systems SAP R/3 or ERP and APO need to be checked.

2. Process chain Issues: 1. Data issues 2 Applciation issue which also contians Interface issue e.g. CSV file data upload

For Roll out project, we need to check what proceses are mapping from the global template and what new processes need to be considered for the new site of roll out.

When the existing processes are tuned in a new scenario for the new site, we need to check what implications will be there , on the existing processes if any.

I hope this helps to clarify.

Hi prasanna,

For core interface, you may find issues like data inconsistency,

integration model related, etc.,

For Process chains, analysis of logs, process chain failures,

scheduling & re-scheduling process chains, monitoring

day today process chain jobs etc.,

For demand planning, creation of CVCs, data inconsistency,

data extraction from planning book, monitoring day today jobs

etc.,
