VA05 with delivered quantity

Sales Manager is requesting a report just like VA05 or VA05N but with the delivered quantity amount on it.

Basically it will be a report to see wich sales items are pending to deliver from our SO.

How would you recommend to do this or if you know of a transaction that has this information I will appreciate it.

Hi Carlos,

I think what you require is a variant on transaction VA05, the field delivered qty is not held in a standard table it is stored in a structure so its not that easy to use.

In order to get this information you will need the help of an abaper to create a Z report and add in the field delivered qty, in the report he can calculate the delivered qty using function 'RV_SCHEDULE_CHECK_DELIVERIES'

Actually in VA05 itself, if you choose "Open Sales Orders", you will get all the materials that needs to be delivered.
