Message archived in FTP but not showing in PI 7.1 Server

Hi Experts,

Actually we have 5 Interfaces running from past 2 years.

We recntly upgraded our PI 7.0 to PI 7.1 EHP1,after upgrade we are facing a strange problem.

Our Scenarios are File to RFC. PI server pickes files from FTP server after archieving.

Files are archiving but not showing in sxmb_moni and RWB-->message monitoring

Please help us as golive is affected.

Please provide excat solutions ASAP as i am searching lot of forums from past 3 days.

Hello Ayub,

We are facing same issue. Please let me know how you resolve it. Also provide if there is any table to get audit log based on message id instead of looking in the message monitor.

Hi Sajid,

Is your Channels are error out? Please check the audit log in Channel monitoring and also check the Channels path in ID, where you can find the archieving path mentioned.

Whether, PI is picking the file after archieving or it's picking and processing and then archieving?

My all Channes are active and there is no errors.

Files are not Picking after archiveing in FTP Server.

Files are not showing in Outbound channel.

In RWB>MSg Monitoring>outbound msg.(Files are not showing).

Please provide solution.

Hi,

if my undestanding is correct...you have a file sender CC which picks the file and archivng the same in the path provided in the File sender CC ... and the process is fine ..but not showing the logs in Moni...

if this is correct then you have the logs related to the archive in the file sender CC logs...but not in moni...

if your scenario is different than this,..then provide the details of the same so that some one else can answer...

Hello,

I have the same problem, the files are archived but there is not log in adapter engine, like any msg id was generated.

I searched in Message display, in message monitoring.

The channel is ok.

the message was archived

But not was found in any part.

Did someone know any solution?

Did you check the content of the file? Is it a Zero Byte Empty file?

If yes, check the option on the file adapter to handle empty file.

you can increase the polling interval and also you try setting per file transfer in the channel configuration.

I saw that in some comments, but could you explain me please why is neccesary increase the polling interval....what is the reason, that those files are archived but not are processed in the Integration Server?.....
