PM Order Description missing in shopping cart

Hi all

in account assignment over view in the shopping cart

ORDER 700099 - this decription is missing int he sc. DO you know the sap note number

i am keep searching not geting . any one can help me?. i kam pretty sure there is a note. but i am not geting ..now.

assignment description for the PM Order is not displayed could be due to the error returned from the backend R/3 system during the determination of the account assignment description.

The account assignment description is determined from the backend

system using FM BBP_ACC_OBJECTS_DESCRIPTION. This inturn calls

BAPI_INTERNALORDER_GETDETAIL.

As per the text of BAPI_INTERNALORDER_GETDETAIL, it is only for internal

orders. These order types have categories 01/03. However order types

10 (production order) and 30 (maintenance order) is not supported by

BAPI_INTERNALORDER_GETDETAIL as per the standard design.

Some additional information:

- Order category 01-03 are internal orders whereas order category

10/30 are pure Plant Maintenance and Production orders.

This is also visible in f4-help of /KS02, field: Order Type.

- Latter order types aren't offered in external procurement processes,

just internal orders can be posted as additional accounting CO

objects for external procurement. System works as designed in this

point.
