VKM1/VKM3 - Restrict certain user to release SOs on SO Value

Hi Experts,

My client wants certains to be able to release the sales orders only if the credit value exceeded is only below $5000 over the allowed credit limit for a customer using VKM1/VKM3

I understand that this cannot be handled through Authorization Roles.

Please share your ideas how this can be done.

Hi Praveen,

your rquirement needs some customizing settings to be made. I am sure your functional consulants would know how to set it up in SPRO==>Sales and Distribution==>Basic Settings==>Credit / Risk Management

in principlpe, you would have to create risk categories and credit groups for specific credit control areas and assign them to sales documents

Once the above set-up is ready, you can create roles that have the necessry transactions and restrict the roles based on V_KNKK_FRE and V_VBUK_FRE
