VKM1/VKM3 - Restrict certain user to release SOs on SO Value exceeded

Hi Experts,

My client wants certains to be able to release the sales orders only if the credit value exceeded is only below $5000 over the allowed credit limit for a customer using VKM1/VKM3

I understand that this cannot be handled through Authorization Roles.

Please share your ideas how this can be done.

It can be achieved through Authorizatio itself, please search solution this can be discussed lot of times.
