Problem with integration server/adapter engine - AE_DETAILS_GET_ERROR

Hello,

Occasionally it happens the following error when I run a synchronous interface.

This problem appears sporadically, I realize cleaning cache, the transaction will sxi_cache> goto> Adapter Engine cache> delete cache contents, and the problem is resolved.

But, occasionally, the same problem back again.

Does anyone have any idea how I can resolve this once?

PI is in version 7.0 with Service Pack 18.
