Alerts to purchase orders modifications

Hello all, please can you tell me where can I see the text that the system sent when a purchase order or contract is created or modified in SUS?

Rosa,

It is documentation object BBP_SUS_SUP_NOTIFICATION. You can find it configured in IMG-SUS-Master Data-Make Settings for Business Partners.

Hello, this message is used for purchase orders creation and modification too?

I can´t see it in the customizing for business partners, I can see only BBP_SUS_BP_REG_CREATION for email

Rosa,

I beleive BBP_SUS_BP_REG_CREATION is used for sending supplier emails while BBP_SUS_SUP_NOTIFICATION is used whenever a document is created/changed.

You can see the text in these by going to SE61 transaction, selecting Document Class (General Text)
