Hi experts,
I'm facing a problem when calling web service processincident (ICT_SERVICE_DESK_API) from external service desk. The system tries to find the ThirdPartyGuid in Table ICT_SYSCONF which is empty and throws err-message. System running is SAP EHP 1 for SAP Solution Manager 7.0. Do I have to maintain LogicalPort via transaction ICTCONF although ''ve already done that via painful transaction soamanager.
I know that this is a very special question but maybe ist there anybody out there, having the sam issue.

He Hans,
ran into your question by incident.
The entry in ICT_SYSCONF is created via Customizing: SSM -> Scenario Spec. Settings -> external integration -> external helpdesk -> Configure Interface to SSM helpdesk.
