Without usage descion lot status getting updated to UD

Dear All,

In QA11 when i am saving the lots without doing UD CODE & stock posting ,lot status getting updated as UD as it is not allowing us to enter in change mode (QA12)of usage descion to do the stock posting.Due to this stcok posting is getting hampered.

Waiting for valuable inputs & thanks in advance.

Only solution is to apply SNote 174877.

Copy the program and execute.

Check to see if your automatic UD program is running. It could be making the UD on the lots and if the code it is using for the posting isn't set up to do the stock posting, the stock is left behind in QI.

You should be able to tell this easily by looking at the administive data on who made the UD on these lots with issues. You'll probably find a special user account name, (like "BATCH") or the name of an IT person or power user that set up the auto UD batch job to run.
