it possible to send a copy of invoice as pdf files to sales agents bye-mail

Hi All,

Please let me know, is it possible to send a copy of invoice as pdf files to sales agents by e-mail triggered by the invoicing or is it only possible manually through ZPDF.

If Possible please let know how to achieve it.

yes it is possible. . The smart form and output program logic needs to be developed to get this done., work with your ABAPER.

In addition config required:

T Code NACE

Create / or select existing Output type. assign the custom Smart Form / Programs to this output type. Select Medium 5.

Create/ or select the access sequence based on your requirement and assign the access sequence to the output type

Add this output type to your output procedure which is assigned to the documen type / partner functions. check if you have any additional controls on when the output needs to be triggered in the invoice and when it should not. Based on the requiremens, assign SAP standard routine / Or Custom routine to the out put type in the output procedure.

Create condition record.
