Material Determination

Dear Friends,

Our requirment is that, In material determinaiton only if original material is not avaialbe then it should be subtituted by some other material. How?

Please guide somebody.

Hi

OVRQ is to define substituion reason code with control parameter.

and VB11 you can define this with MAterial determination.

Reason code 0004 and 0006 will replace material only if not availbale.

Hi Pratap,

Go to VB11 --> Choose Material determ.type "A001 Material Entered" --> Enter --> Choose your "Proposed reason"

Below that give your two materials.

You can create it as per your requirement.

Use T-code OVRQ, OV14 and SPRO -->Sales and Distribution --> Basic Functions --> Material Determination --> Maintain Prerequisites for Material Determination
