Hi All,

I want to control the posting of goods issue of the delivery..

if all the delivery quantity is not packed then pgi should not happen.

Please help.

Hi Meghana,

In the delivery document overview screen we have all the status fields for picking, packing, goods movement and billing.

Standard SAP allows you to do PGI once the status of picking and packing is set to 'C', so we need to maintain the item category of the material as relevant for packing, so that system will change the status once the material is packed. If the material status is not 'C' system will stop posting the PGI.

You can achieve it only by configuration.

Hi Meghna,

Please use VOFM under Requiement column - Subsequent functions add a new routine with ABAP help to check you picekd quantity is complete against order quatnity.

And add this routine for PGI instead of 113.

Hi,

Please make ur delivery item category packing relevant (0vlp) field Packing Control. set the value to A - Must be packed

then if u do pgi without packing then system will throw a error.

Hi

Please check the settings in the delivery item category(Tcode 0VLP-zeroVLP) for the field Packing Control. Change the value to A - Must be packed and try the process again from creating sales order.
