Tolerance keys

Hi Experts,

Could some one can through ligh on the tolerance keys in SRM.

If we maintain the tolerancce keys for GR in SRM, will it over write the tolerance limits that are maintained in R/3

Hi Chota ,

In SRM the check happens in

read tolerance key customizing table

CALL FUNCTION 'BBP_TOLERANCE_READ_SINGLE'

EXPORTING

i_tol_group = i_tol_group = CT

i_tol_key = i_tol_key = DQ

Please check Table BBP_TOLERANCE , if the CT DQ are mentained correctly.

HI

The tolerance keys in SRM will come into picture only for local documents ( GRs and invoices).

So even if no tolerance keys are there in SRM,When the GR or Invoice is replicated to backend , if it fails the tolerance check in backend it will be in 'Error in Process' status.

However this is my understanding.

Hi,

In case of classic scenario the Gr adn Iv will be posted in backend r/3.

so while posting the GR will it consider the tolerance keys that are set up in SRM OR the keys in R/3 ?

Some one who has done this scenario, could u please through some light on it.
